    Between 9 April 2007 to 4 May 2007, Walnut acquired in aggregate 6,519,000 shares in the Company ("Shares") on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") and on 17 April 2007, Walnut acquired 1,800,000 shares in the Company by way of a sale and purchase agreement with a shareholder of the Company. On 7 May 2007, Walnut acquired in aggregate 2,355,000 Shares on the SGX-ST.
