    Between 28 March 2007 to 4 April 2007, Walnut acquired in aggregate 7,453,000 shares in the Company ("Shares") on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") and on 4 April 2007, Walnut acquired 20,000 Shares by way of a sale and purchase agreement with a shareholder of the Company. On 5 April 2007, Walnut acquired in aggregate 3,799,000 Shares on the SGX-ST.
