    On 21 March 2007, Walnut Pte. Ltd. ("Walnut") acquired in aggregate 32,028,000 shares in the Company on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

    (3) 5,000,000 shares which were agreed to be acquired from a shareholder of the Company on 16 March 2007 have been transferred to Walnut. Accordingly, Walnut which was previously deemed to be interested in such shares is now directly interested in such shares.
